1.Do your products come with a quality guarantee?

Yes, we are a factory that manufactures for multiple high-end brands with many years of production experience. We have produced countless dolls and focus on product quality. As a direct factory seller, our prices are more reasonable.

2.Why does the Lilydoll I received look different from the pictures?

The Lilydoll we sell only includes the body and a blank head. Gifts such as wigs, lingerie, drying sticks, water injectors, etc., are included. The dolls shown online are complete with outfits, wigs, and other accessories, providing different visual effects. In fact, the doll you received has the same height and face shape as shown in the pictures. You can also customize Lilydolls with different outfits and hairstyles.

3.Why can’t I reach the online customer service?

Our website has fans from all over the world, and due to time differences, online replies may not be immediate. Our customer service online hours are from 8:30 PM to 5:00 AM US time.

4.How long will it take for my order to ship? Where do the products come from?

Custom Orders

After successfully placing the order, we will need 1 day to prepare production information for the factory to begin production. Production will be completed in 7-10 days, and after quality inspection and head makeup check, we will provide you with shipment photos for confirmation. Once you confirm, we will start packaging and shipping. Depending on the shipping method (sea freight or air freight), we will provide the tracking number within 5 working days. Shipping time depends on the specific method and can be affected by unforeseen factors. Estimated arrival time: sea freight takes about 2 months, while air freight takes around 15 days.

In-Stock Orders

After the order is successfully placed, we will need 1-3 days to prepare the goods for inspection, packaging, and customization. After approximately 3 days, the tracking number will be uploaded, and you can check the shipping information online. Shipping time typically ranges from 5-10 days, but may be extended in special cases (such as bad weather, customs checks, port congestion, or impacts due to COVID-19 in certain regions). We have warehouses in Los Angeles, Europe, Japan, and China. Some products can be shipped directly from local warehouses, while others are shipped from China or Japan (depending on stock levels at each warehouse). We allocate and ship based on actual stock availability and do not accept specific warehouse shipping requests.

5.How can I customize my own Lilydoll?

Our dolls can be customized with the following options: skin color, vaginal depth, anal depth, heating, standing or non-standing, and other special requests. Please contact online customer service for further assistance. The default output is the skin color shown on the model image and the size corresponding to the height you choose.
