Free Worldwide Shipping
We offer free & discreet worldwide shipping by air, typically via FedEx, DHL, or UPS. However, due to import laws, we DO NOT SHIP to these destinations: Islamic countries, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Africa, Mexico, or Brazil.
Delivery Time & Tracking
Custom made-to-order and delivered to your door in an average of 2-3 weeks from the date of your order is placed, though exceptions may apply. All of our dolls are handmade and tested thoroughly for quality before shipping. The FedEx, DHL or UPS tracking number will be sent to your mailbox after the package is shipped.
Note: There would be shipping delays due to the Chinese Spring Festival, National Day Holiday season, and unpredictable weather. We will do our best to expedite the order for you.
Discreet Shipping
No hidden charges. All the packages are discreet with a plain packaging carton. Your doll will be labeled “mannequin”. There are no other labels, marks, or logos to show it is a doll.
Order Cancellation & Refund
Custom Products
Order Received but Not Yet in Production:
Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placement. Due to transaction costs incurred by our payment processor, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total order amount.
During Production Stage:
After 24 hours, orders for dolls in production cannot be canceled. Since the dolls are custom-made based on the buyer’s chosen specifications, cancellations are not allowed. If the customer insists on canceling at this stage, a restocking fee of 50% of the product value will be charged. The refund will be deducted by this fee, as well as any applicable design, mold, material, processing, makeup, or transaction fees.
Order Shipped Stage:
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled. Any changes or cancellations must comply with our return and exchange policy. For orders where the customer refuses to accept the package upon delivery or during transit, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs. The shipping cost will be deducted from the total payment amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the customer. Products returned to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Before Shipment:
