Minimum Order
The minimum opening order is 3 or more doll quantities. Prices & products are based on the availability of our dolls. You will be notified if there is any change in the price of the product prior to processing.
Shipping
Orders are normally shipped within 20 business days. You will be notified regarding the processed shipment date after 5- 6 days of order placement. Standard shipping charges are applicable. Prior to the shipping, charges will be declared by us through the invoice.
Payment
We accept PayPal, Bank Transfer, Credit Card, E-cheque, and Money Order. Any of these modes of payment is to be used for fully discharging the money. Note that COD (Cash-On-Delivery) orders are not accepted.
Returns & Refused Shipments
Products are subject to be returned only under the condition that you receive a confirmation notice from us. Drop an email to [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving the order if you plan to return the order.
Restocking fee & shipping charges will be applicable if we accept the return. All of our products are packed carefully & sealed properly before shipping. However, damages can occur during transit & must be reported to the carrier at the earliest.
